Cloudamize seeks an effective Business Development Manager to build Cloudamize business through engagement with the partner community.;-Support partners by conducting training, seminars, education and presentations;-The BDM will manage partners and resellers to drive sales growth through those accounts, and help develop and implement sales strategies for increasing sales production and efficiencies;-Position will carry a quota and report directly to the Vice President of Business DevelopmentGeneral Requirements;-Develop relationships with key Cloudamize partners for the growth of our product offerings within their markets and customer base;-Identify key partners in market that would benefit from adding the Cloudamize toolset to their portfolio;-Driving the necessary business, strategic and technical relationships with the best partners in market to establish new business in those accounts;-Contact, visit, train, and maintain relationships with partner;s Account Teams across North America;-Support joint marketing programs targeted to increase demand for Cloudamize Product offerings;-Assess and improve performance of the channel, develop sales and technical capabilities, create sales pipeline, and improve the accuracy of forecasting opportunities within the channel;-Traveling as necessary within territory (estimated at 30% of the time)Qualifications;-Bachelors degree;-Previous early-stage startup experienceDesired;-1 to 3 years solution selling through Channel Partners in Software Model (SaaS model preferred);-1 to 3 years partner/channel management experience or relatable experience;-Contract Negotiations;-Superior verbal and written communication skills;-Strong organization, time management, and planning skills;-Self-motivated, results driven, team player;-CompensationPlease send your resume and a short note or video of why you believe you are qualified for the open position.
