Mid-Senior level, Affiliate Program Director/Manager LeadCreations.om, LLC is currently seeking an innovative and detail-oriented individual who can fulfill the duties as an Online Affiliate Marketing Director/Manager and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. This position reports to the CEO and will oversee all aspects of online marketing including SEM, Email, Display, Social Media Marketing and Affiliates. In this role, you will be expected to be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. The Online Affiliate Marketing Director/Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing affiliate partners and motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance. You will be expected to provide leadership in identifying opportunities to grow existing online media channels and expand into new ones to drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities: Financial Expectations Exceed daily, monthly and quarterly revenue goals totaling 1-3 million annually Accurately forecast revenue growth Account Management Manage clients and pipeline forecasts in SalesForce Monitor affiliate activity to identify fraud and any potential policy/program violations Manage and report monthly affiliate media spend and metrics Create and distribute affiliate newsletters and other affiliate communications Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance Develop one-on-one relationships with key affiliates Market several different promotions through affiliate channels Create in-depth reports to highlight high-end and low-end performance and adjust programs accordingly Develop and foster communication and outreach to networks and affiliates Research, identify and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners Motivate existing affiliates to optimize performance Drive profitability through optimization of targeting, payouts and creative testing Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from affiliate partners by initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and offers Manage key vendor relationships with vendors such as paid search agency, email service provider, affiliate partners, and online media companies Manage budget, coordinate contracts and insertion orders, accruals, etc. Identify opportunities to develop new channels and/or expand existing channels for customer acquisition Ensure that campaigns are booked into the tracking system in a timely and accurate manner Test and QA ad creatives to ensure that publisher specifications are met Troubleshoot technical issues both internally and with Third Party Vendors Managerial Expectations Work with internal creative, product, and engineering teams as needed to improve tracking and ad performance Share learning with marketing team and throughout the organization and foster a collaborative learning environment Collaborate with marketing team to uncover new opportunities Supervise, mentor, and participate in career development of the Online Marketing Team Assist teams in the monitoring of campaigns to ensure delivery Work closely with internal departments to optimize campaigns Training of distribution and sales employees Qualifications Bachelors Degree/higher preferred or 4+years of online affiliate marketing, ad traffic, marketing, advertising and client services experience SEM/Social media experience Proven track record with affiliate recruiting, optimization tactics and management Expertise in identifying fraud and program violations Strong Analytical skills and data-driven mindset Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of delivering results Detailed oriented and organized Excellent management and team leadership skills Understanding of success metrics and ability to measure performance accurately Experience working with other ad/affiliate networks and affiliates Bachelors degree/higher or 4+years affiliate marketing experience The successful candidates must thrive in a competitive and fast-moving business environment while adhering to high ethical standards; will exhibit confidence, empathy and intelligence in discussions with business owners and marketing executives; will devote significant off-the-job time to improving their understanding of the online advertising world; will interact in a co-operative and friendly manner with co-workers; and will perform at a consistent and high level with minimal need for supervision or management. Type: Three month temporary position with the potential in becoming a Full-time position.
