Responsibilities The Impact You’ll Be Making Services Account Executive (SE) job description in either Detroit or Pittsburgh: The focus of the SE role is to develop & close opportunities that deliver industry-aligned digital transformation solutions that enable customer outcomes. Key accountabilities include: Enterprise Services Account LeadershipLead account planning for the Enterprise Services account-aligned team, leveraging the intentional sales plays prioritized in the Area Go-To-Market Plan to address your customer’s needsWork with the Enterprise Commercial Account Executive (AE) to ensure that Enterprise Services planning is integral to the overall Account Plan & Enterprise Operating Unit (EOU) strategyEstablish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targetsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed salesDevelop and qualify leads against specific criteriaMaintain a high level of understanding for Microsoft’s solutionsStrong forecasting skills that demonstrate the ability to deliver as planned.ExecutionQualify, drive & close opportunities to accelerate the customer’s digital transformation, driving the sales plays defined in the account planEnsure customer satisfaction, managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success through the AE, Services account-aligned team & Pursuit LeadsMeet or exceed revenue & core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and toolsWork with delivery technical teams to provide customers with business value. Qualifications What are we looking for: Proven sales success working on complex deals with a focus on business outcomesStrong executive presence in presentations, meetings and all aspects of interactionStrong relationship builder within the organization and our customers.Demonstrate the Microsoft Values.Proven sales success working on complex deals with a focus on business outcomesIndustry knowledge and experience specifically focused on retail/CPG Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong focus on business acumen and team orchestration Sales and business background with 5+years of technology-related experienceBachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent)MBA desirable Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
