Aragon Advertising is looking for a highly motivated forward-thinking Junior Sales Manager to work from our office in New York City. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ambition an interest in sales with a strong capacity and eagerness to learn best practices and methodologies that facilitate, support and help drive growth of the Aragon Advertising business. What You'll Do Work with our Director of Sales in prospecting, research, phone calls and follow-up Develop a system of email methodology for following up with multiple verticals; create templates for outreach Prepare reports with supporting data to make suggestions on areas of growth; act on reports which indicate development activity by developing pipelines Work with Director of Sales on meetings mission, purpose and objectives Become familiar with top publishers and genres of traffic; understand variations of traffic in an effort to have an understanding of performance marketing within Aragon Advertising Proactively develop publishers for niche advertisers You will be responsible for helping us identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers early in the sales process What You Bring: Ability to learn, commit to memory and advance new skills through interaction with team members, prospects and relations in a fast paced, detailed and vast environment A real knack for setting priorities and finishing goals each day Ability to react quickly, listen to prospect challenges, while being able to suggest and process solutions Strong Windows PC skills (Email, Excel, MS Word, basic typing skills) at a minimum; experience with Invoca and Everflow is a plus Outgoing, desire to make new relations, work hard and have fun 0-2 years professional experience Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues Outstanding interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills Easily and effectively write professional e-mail messages or verbally communicate a call to action, next steps, marketing messages, etc. A mission-driven, team player approach; and a desire to make an impact and difference Legally work in the United States What We Offer: We offer an exciting opportunity in an expanding company A competitive salary + commission Merit based bonuses and promotions 401K program Medical & Dental Benefits Cell phone reimbursement & Commute reimbursement Work from home days/ policy Unlimited vacation days We utilize innovative software development technologies and methodologies Extremely supportive, nurturing environment with many opportunities for professional development and growth Dog friendly work environment The duties delineated above will vary depending on the needs of the company, and in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
