The rapidly growing Enterprise Division is a cross functional team of Sales, Account Management and Business Development collectively responsible for growing Experiture's business. With a focus on mid-cap and large-cap organizations across the United States and internationally. We work with brands across Automotive, Financial Services, Gaming & Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and more. As a Sales Engineer, you are responsible for assisting to grow our client base. The Sales Engineer is responsible for understanding our customers and prospects needs' and developing the appropriate solution footprint and benefit assessment. This involves performing the necessary needs assessment and analysis to clearly define the business objectives and capabilities, as well as the supporting business case, and demonstrating how those requirements are supported using Experiture solutions.
Work deals from start to close. These may originate from marketing leads, your cold calling efforts, and opportunities set up by your Sales/Biz Dev Associate
Understanding the market and the challenges prospects face in each vertical, mapping accounts key decision makers, identifying their purchase obstacles and understanding how our solutions could help them
Pitching our solution through engaging presentations and targeted platform demos online and in person
Guide and assist prospects through platform trials with our team to ensure our value offering is properly perceived
Communicate the value of Experiture solutions and position in the market place. Help shape the evolution of our solutions by partnering with Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing and Development
Negotiating contracts, implementation/integration fees and service level agreements
Reaching sales quota to consistently grow our client portfolio
Providing feedback to ensure continuous strategy and process optimization
Minimum 2+ years of tech sales preferably in a SaaS business environment
Robust understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem as a whole and comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing
Strong knowledge of digital marketing/product experiences and an understanding of how they connect brands and consumers
Strong vocation for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships
Tested ability to follow sales processes while utilizing dedicated sales enablement tools such as Salesforce (including creation of accounts, management of opportunities and pipelines and reporting)
Working knowledge of CRMs, Direct Mail Marketing, Email marketing, Marketing Automation and Customer Engagement platforms
Understanding of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience selling to and working with C-Level and top line management to understand business strategy and objectives
BA/BS Degree Required, MBA a plus
