Job Title: Cross Media Sales Coordinator Reports to: Cross Media Sales Support Manager or Director of Sales Support FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY Responsible for sales department’s proposals, network information, order entry, traffic instructions and other functions related to account maintenance. Helps with tracking and reporting all weekly and end of month numbers and projections. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Supports up to 10 Account Executives with digital and linear order entry, traffic instructions and ad copy retrieval Provides digital campaign analysis and reporting Maintains client’s campaigns with regard to schedule issues, make goods, missing instructions, expired lines, etc. Work with Local Sales Manager and Account Executives on client contract issues. Troubleshoots and brainstorms on solutions to restore any potential lost revenue. Builds and maintains existing relationships with clients and agencies as a second point of contact Communicates with Cross Media Services and Traffic departments regarding any issues with existing or potential campaigns Coordinate with Cross Media Services team to acquire research, proposals or reporting for cross media campaigns Assists with new client set up, billing and collections Close communication with Cross Media Sales Support Manager to ensure that high profile programming and sport contracts are entered and airing correctly Works with Cross Media Sales Support Manager and Local Sales Manager on market rate card and high profile package investments Communicates to sales teams: new cross media opportunities, trainings, general updates Creates outgoing client proposals and develops sales packages Serves as support/backup to other Cross Media Sales Coordinators in the company Coordinates ALM, Trade Tracking, C.N.A., other items as needed Answers incoming calls as a company representative Maintains office contracts such as office supplies, water service, etc. Administrative support to in market sales manager as needed. May perform any other function assigned by supervisor or local market manager May involve some travel PREFERRED QUALIFICATOINS College degree preferred Knowledge of advertising functions and terms Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task Excellent in Microsoft Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the people assigned to this job.
