JOB TITLE Customer Service / Front Desk Receptionist JOB LOCATION 3633 SW 30th Avenue, Hollywood FLORIDA, 33312 We manufacture wire for the marine industry. This position is responsible assisting the Sales Manager with maintaining the store front lobby, helping customers, answering phones, responding to inquiries, handling and resolving simple complaints, and merchandizing. Greet customers and help locate merchandise. Customer service oriented. Compute sales prices, total purchases, and received and process payment. Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise. Answer phone and take detail messages. Answer all customer inquiries and assist with phone orders or refer to Pacer’s website. Accurately complete and file all paperwork daily. Merchandise and maintain front lobby entrance neat, clean and organized. Other duties as assigned SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES Good listener. Good verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to be punctual and reliable with attendance Ability to pay close attention to details Knowledge of Point of Sale and database software Computer knowledgeable Knowledge in phone etiquette Ability to multitask. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Requirement: High School diploma or GED. 6-month minimum work experience Previous experience in manufacturing or marine industry preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in retail – shipping environment. Sitting for long periods of time. Ability to lift 15lbs. Ability to climb a small ladder WORK SCHEDULE 5-day work week: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime as needed.
