The Premium Seat Sales Assistant is responsible for working with the Premium Seat Sales Team to deliver the VIP experience. You will be involved in a facets of the sales cycle from checking leads, assisting in the management of client relationships, and providing personal service at the highest standard to all clientele, in the office and on site at the Amphitheatre during the concert season.
Check leads and email potential clients show information and media kits
Work on “New Show Steps” for Shoreline Amphitheatre Shows
Work all concerts at Shoreline Amphitheatre during the concert season - May through early November
Work various concerts at The Masonic throughout the year
Take orders from clients, for non-Shoreline shows, and The Masonic shows
Complete “New Contract Steps” throughout the year for new Shoreline clients
Create distribution lists and manage client mailings throughout the year
Work and complete “Day of Show” tasks for all Shoreline Amphitheatre shows
Fill out and complete department monthly reports
Fill out and send invoices over to Accounting
Other duties as assigned
An interest in the music/entertainment business is strongly preferred
