People say once they switch tabs or apps, it takes in average 23 minutes to re-focus on their work. Finally, people can move to different workflows without losing context. Background We used to be heavyusers of Slack. Our team used it for more than 5 years and integrated multiple apps in it like Asana or monday.com. separated from G Suite or Office 365. But all we could dowith those integrations was just to receive text-based notifications into selected channels.Also, there are too many overlapped features with no interaction among the integrated products. So, we realized this disjoint multi-app environmentreduced our team productivity and created more communication overhead. So, we started to build Swit. Competitive Advantages 1. Existing team collaboration tools were designed for small-sized single teams only,however, enterprises have a number of teams, which means they need cross-team collaboration and management features. Our Premium tier, which will be available on September, would be the one and only collaboration service that meets these types of need. What you will be doing The Swit Online Sales Growth team relies on a freemium product model that gives us more leverage at every customer interaction. Our user-driven adoption model allows us to interact with more users than a traditional B2B sales model on a daily basis. The Online Sales team leverages this bottoms up model by layering in sales programs across many customer segments and stages of the customer to accelerate our already-fast growth.We’re looking for an Online Sales Growth Manager who is passionate about developing hypothesis, launching experiments and scaling programs. You will own a broad portfolio of experiments covering small and large customers across their entire journey; from net new to renewal, from free to paid. Owning these projects includes coordinating across many teams including sales, marketing, product and customer success. We are looking for someone who spikes in creative thinking, analytical management, ability to deeply understand customers, and getting Swit done. Responsibilities Find opportunities to use scaled sales activities to improve KPIsMaintain high levels of lead/customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on identifying leads/customers’ needs to win leads and convert free tier users to paid onesManage a portfolio of projects across the entire customer journey, from initial scoping to launch to scalingDesign A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses, to identify new audience opportunitiesMonitor and optimize ongoing campaign performancesCoordinate & manage an outsourced team to do high quality workWorking with cross-functional partners across sales, PR, customer success, marketing, business technology on key initiativesBoost usage to prospective and existing users by campaigns and on-boarding webinarsGet testimonials, manage reviews, help drive customer references and case studies What you should have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales, business development, customer success, account management, analytical or strategic consulting roles (enterprise software preferred)Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation and sales processesTechnical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels including marketing automation platformsProfessional knowledge on collaboration tools - G Suite, MS Office365, Slack, Asana, Jira, TrelloSelf-motivated, energetic, proactive team player with innovative and positive mindsets to inspire customer adoption and loyaltyStrong interpersonal skills and experience building great relationship and teamwork under pressure when working through customer issues.Strong analytical skillsStrong working knowledge of the marketing and sales funnel and processExperience designing and implementing A/B testsGood understanding of acquisition, expansion & retention metrics and how to impactAdaptability to fast growing and changing environments More benefits Freemium GTM experience in SaaSAcquisition +100K DAU from 0Proficiency at Hubspot & SFDCFormer founding members or early hired in enterprise startups Perks & Benefits On-target Earnings - performance bonus and commission"plus" Base Salary100% company-paid health insurance with medical, dental, vision, life Application Tips Attach your LinkedIn profile Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year Experience: sales related: 3 years (Preferred) Additional Compensation: Commission Bonuses Work Location: Multiple locations One location On the road Paid Training: Yes Management: Team Lead Typical start time: 9AM Typical end time: 6PM
