WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR As Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive you will be focused on selling myHouseby’s product suite. This position serves as an integral part in launching and growing our new and rapidly growing company. This individual is a sales professional, is knowledgeable in the fundamentals of sales and selling systems, is an excellent listener, has grit and is focused on results, is a creative thinker who can conceptualize and execute to close revenue that achieves sales targets by helping achieve our client’s objectives. This person will work collaboratively with the company’s key stakeholders. WHO WE ARE myHouseby is a new Austin based startup company modernizing the way consumers get the new home they want, exactly the way they want it. myHouseby works with builder partners, land developers, and end-users as the only marketplace designed to reduce friction and cost in the new construction home buying and selling process. Myhouseby offers technology, data, and marketing solutions to home builders and land developers to help reduce costs and increase profitability. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals Sell suite of home builder and land developer SaaS products Engage in marketing research, proposal and presentation development and category intelligence as part of pre-sales process Maintain an impeccable CRM Serve as expert on digital products and campaign implementation Campaign management for priority accounts Communicate and meet regularly with Executive Leadership Team to share progress Coordinate with accounting to ensure billing for all deal terms is met Help identify and improve CAC: LTV ratios Attend industry related events Ability to office in north central Austin Some regional travel required MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in developing processes and training structure for future Sales Assistants and Account Coordinators QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s degree + preferred Continuous learning and personal growth required Experience Minimum 5 years outside sales required Minimum 2 years SaaS sales required Startup experience preferred Relationships with key industry decision makers preferred KEY COMPETENCIES Experience selling SaaS products to enterprise accounts Expert in advertising sales with a strong understanding of the digital product landscape and campaign management Ability to develop creative sales strategies and effectively present them to win business Strong familiarity with ad tracking and performance metrics Proven track record of exceeding sales goals Expertise with Sales CRM - prospecting, pipelines, forecasting, maintaining Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment of rapidly growing tech startup Outstanding relationship building and customer service a must Easily able to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines and prioritize accordingly Computer skills: G-Suite products including Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc. COMPENSATION Base salary: $80,000-$120,000 (commensurate with experience) OTE: $160,000-$200,000 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year Experience: SaaS Sales: 2 years (Required) Outside Sales: 5 years (Required) Start-Up: 1 year (Preferred) Additional Compensation: Commission Bonuses
