Digital Acoustics (DA) develops and manufactures IP Intercom & IP Paging solutions that are simple to install and operate for global organizations large and small. Our network audio solutions include IP Intercoms, IP Speakers, IP Amplifiers, and TalkMaster™ FOCUS Software Suite that manages and interacts with IP Endpoints. DA's IP Audio Endpoints are Cisco compatible and works with a majority of VoIP Phone systems that support the SIP 2.0 protocol, Singlewire’s Informacast software, and Sureview’s IMMIX software. Software Development Kits offer to integrate IP Audio Endpoints into the software & hardware systems for both indoor & outdoor applications. DA technology addresses the needs of most Markets; specialties include Critical Infrastructure Alert, Mass Notification, Remote Audio Monitoring and IP Surveillance. DA systems interface with thousands of IP Endpoints, enabling the addition of paging and emergency notification solutions to their existing IP Network. Job Description: We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representatives that will work with existing and potential customers with the aim to recommend and introduce additional Digital Acoustic’s products. This position is generally identified with fairly diverse responsibilities based on the type of market where our products are used.
Qualifications: A candidate with a bachelor’s degree/high school degree or equivalent with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is eligible to work as a sales representative. Inbound sales representative may have to perform multiple tasks while dealing with clients. In addition, Salesforce knowledge and experience will be helpful.
Customer Service Duties & Responsibilities: Calls from clients and customers will include answering basic sales and services questions, creating quotes, placing orders and resolving issues of the client. In this case, it is the sales representative’s duty to not only answer the queries of the customer, but also to ask questions to the customer in order to understand their needs. During this interaction, the sales representative asks basic account information of the client, overview the client’s history in Salesforce database and analyzes it to determine what to recommended.
Answer calls and provide the required information by resolving queries. This task is performed by following standards of the company and maintaining premium quality of services.
Coordinates with the clients, try to know their concerns by avoiding any interruption in conversation, etc.
Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client’s needs.
Supervise the unresolved issues and ensure that they are resolved in the given time frame by keeping the needs of the customer in mind.
Analyze the clients requirements after a conversation with them and recommend products, plans or services that will match their needs.
Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements by entering information into salesforce.
Respond back to customer with answers. (pricing, product lead time and availability).
