Our clients are prestigious international brands and groups from all sectors of activities: cosmetics, fashion retail, sport, automotive, spirits, etc.
To continue our growth in the USA, we are today searching for a dynamic and ambitious candidate for the position of key account manager to join our team in New York City - salary according to experience level.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development for US market:
Active targeted prospecting, all sectors of activity: emailing, cold calling, networking, sells presentation, etc.
Closing new accounts, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 100, in promising sectors: travel, sport, financial, technological, automotive, energy, industry
Developing the revenue and margin of existing and new customers
Creating privileged business relationships with key accounts:
Personalized follow-ups with contacts at all steps of the projects: prospecting, projects brief, price negotiation, closing deals, updating on production, organizing deliveries, invoicing.
Proposing new concepts and trends, to sustain account and sales
Project coordination with internal teams, from customer’s brief to final delivery. You lead and optimize your projects, controlling deadlines and costs, at each steps of the process:
Brief: understanding, analyzing, and synthetizing client’s specifications to share info to production and creative teams
Sample: mockups, prototypes, preproduction samples, price negotiation
Production: monitoring schedule to respect deadlines, supervision of reports (quality & tests)
Supply Chain: organizing with logistics department deliveries to client’s facilities, on-time
Education: Master level engineering / international business degree
Previous experience in a marketing agency or creative services a plus
Start-up or SMB experience is valued
Brand awareness, and marketing, liking for design
Understanding of development technics, innovative solutions, and manufacturing processes
Knowledge of materials: fabrics, plastics, metals, papers, etc.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities – analytical approach
You are at ease working in fast-paced and multi-cultural environments
You are willing to travel in North America
You are autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, curious, open-minded, creative. You have good communication skills, a good presentation. You have the sense of responsibility, service, and teamwork.
Languages: English, French would be a plus
MONTHLY SALARY: Base Salary TBN + Commissions + Bonuses
