We are looking for our new Technical Support Technician to assist our internal and external clients! You will be able to apply your programming and robotics skills in addition to your passion for client services. Your new challenge will be key to the satisfaction of our clients. Are you THE person we are looking for? Here is the proposed challenge: You will respond to calls from our external and internal clients to help them with the technical difficulties encountered on their equipment; Once you understand their situation, you will be ready to support them in developing a solution; Working as a team you will resolve complex questions and share your knowledge; You will act as a central point: directing clients to different teams such as Parts and Sales in order to best meet their needs; In short, you will offer exceptional client services, and nothing less! You are passionate about automation and robotics, hence your training in this field; Allen Bradley machines and FANUC robots are no mystery to you; Throughout your career, you have acquired knowledge in mechanics, electrical and pneumatics; Pressure is what drives you - otherwise you get bored!
