Ziiva develops software that enables companies to more efficiently and effectively manage learning and share knowledge to maximize their success. As a Ziiva Account Executive you will be a key member of our sales team and responsible for driving new business through consultative solution-based sales with enterprise accounts. Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert with an in-depth understanding of our industry and software Effectively manage and execute on the full sales cycle of Ziiva’s solutions from prospecting and qualification to closing Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline, and meet or exceed sales goals Develop unique solutions based on customer goals and requirements Manage ongoing client account relationships Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or technology Demonstrated ability to achieve quota and sales goals Experience selling via phone and web conferencing History of success managing ongoing client relationships Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Highly motivated and persistent Excellent written and communication skills Uncompromising integrity Passionate about problem solving Position Type: Full-TimeCompensation: Base Salary + CommissionBenefits: Medical and Dental Insurance, Retirement plan including company matching Job Type: Full-time Experience: sales: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Roanoke, VA 24018 (Preferred) Typical deal size: $6-24k Sales environment(s): Office or call center Benefits offered: Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits or accounts
