Job Description We’re a name brand manufacturer for server grade power supplies looking for experienced Account Managers to join our growing company. We have a workforce of over 1,000 talented employees across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and our R&D team has yielded over 1,200 patents worldwide since 1983. As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include: Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers and prospects Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations Meet and exceed sales target for assigned territory under designated quota each fiscal year Develop a Territory Sales Plan that focuses on key accounts Master the basic features and benefits of our products. We offer an extensive training program to achieve your success Maintain in-depth product knowledge and the services offered by the company Cold calling prospects Profile, call on and develop relationships with key executives to achieve and maintain a positive rapport and work to give them the best possible service Travel: visit customers and trade shows Job Requirements 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in the power supply, server & storage, IPC, telecommunication, networking industry and/or related fields Responsible for technological approach and design of development projects & work on the specification of AC-to-DC or DC-to-DC power supplies into system design Demonstrated success prospecting for and closing new business Highly self-motivated and success driven Fully developed tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers) Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent time and territory management skills Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programs Must be a Legal US Resident or US Citizen Related field experience in the Power Supply, Server & Storage, IPC, telecommunication and/or networking industry experience a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) System Design: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Networking: 1 year (Preferred) Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
