EZFacility is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams and manage incoming lead follow up, as well as process and strategy around lead generation. We are looking for a persistent hunter looking to launch their career in SAAS sales.
The Junior Sales Representative will have a unique opportunity to learn the sales process from the ground up and work on both inbound and outbound opportunities. In addition to:
Hunt for marketing leads, while also managing the web-based chat
Manage the lead process to turn over to the Product Specialists
Manage, track, and report all data/activities in Salesforce
Build a book of leads that will convert into qualified opportunities
Respond to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs
High volume outbound calls to potential leads
Work closely with sales manager on various projects that are in support of the entire sales team
Work closely with Sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive sales qualified opportunities
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Persistent and professional phone skills, excellent listening skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and simplify the value of EZFacility's complex solutions.
Strong research, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
SAAS experience preferred, but not required
