We simplify the budgeting process from using excel templates to a hosted solution that enables budgeting teams and their constituents to participate in the budgeting process. The Role In this position, you'll couple your knowledge base with our hands-on training to create exceptional on-boarding experiences for each implementation of our budget planning software. Your number one priority will be working to ensure Budygt’s clients' success with our budgeting Platform. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. You will be helping our customers and building industry leading processes for customer setup and education. Responsibilities Implement Budgyt’s budgeting platform for clients, following Budgyt guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations Implementations could include mapping APIs between QBO and Budgyt or via our Excel integration method. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines. Resolve issues and provide solutions to clients Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running Budgyt Interact/collaborate with Budgyt associates in Sales Maintain and expand knowledge and experience of implementation job function. Qualifications Extreme attention to detail and meticulously organized Ability to multitask Excellent Excel Skills is a must Maintain a professional manner with clients at all times Relentless problem-solver Logical thinker to help organize complex excel formulas and translate to Budgyt formulas Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency Bachelor's Degree, 2+ Years in Customer Success, or Onboarding Role. Accounting Background is a big plus. Includes accounting courses or working in an accountant function.
