Global Account Manager
Position Location- Westborough, MA, Santa Barbara, CA, New York City or Chicago

A Global Account Manager is an internal advocate for global market on Advertiser Development, Sales, and Product. They provide account management for publisher and partnerships within their assigned markets.
Do these things interest you? You will:
Create and execute publisher revenue growth strategies to reach designated goals with generating new advertiser relationships and increased CJ fees for an assigned portfolio of top performing global publishers.
Diversify advertiser programs by showcasing publisher value proposition, joining advertiser calls to communicate and demonstrate value of opportunity, and getting new publishers live with these advertisers.
Train & educate portfolio of clients through presentations, calls and webinars, and face to face meetings.
Gather and analyze publisher client goals to understand priorities and objectives. Respond and educate on relevant CJ innovations to solve and/or enhance their goals. Collect feedback, assess with Director, and coordinate with supporting departments (Product, NQ, Data Science etc.) on global publisher technical and business model needs.
Support Product stakeholder leads for assigned projects by gathering publisher feedback, sharing and collaborating with publisher team, and assisting in executing tasks to fulfill global publisher adoption objectives.
What we look for:
3 years Account Management experience required and Bachelor’s degree preferred
Highly motivated results driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse organization and diverse global clients.
Experience with or working knowledge of LATAM.
Excellent communication skills in working with a variety of global customer needs.
Spoken and written Spanish and Portuguese required.
