Culligan of West Bend is looking for a General Manager with a proven track record of strong leadership and success in developing teams and individuals. Our next General Manager will lead by example, creating and fostering an environment built for success, growth and customer satisfaction. The General Manager is responsible for all areas of the business including operational function, sales growth, and financial outcomes, all while maintaining a high level of customer service that Culligan customers have come to expect. Culligan Water is the industry leader in commercial and residential water treatment and filtration systems, providing the best drinking water solutions to local customers. Culligan of West Bend, WI is a successful dealership within the Packard Culligan franchise group, which has been family-owned and operated for nearly 80 years, headquartered in Minnetonka, MN. West Bend is currently a $3+ Million operation, with sizable growth potential. Achieving sales and service results with overall P&L accountability Dealership growth through net gain in units and service, key revenue and total revenue Developing and providing strategic overviews to executive management about the territory, personnel opportunities, growth prospects, and forecasting Building and growing our customer base by hiring and developing talented sales staff Promoting a positive Culligan image by staying well connected within the community Improving customer satisfaction and retention, through efficient route and service initiatives Maintaining a strong fleet focused on best practice, safety and efficiency Actively promoting and supporting our commitment to exceeding customer expectation Creating and fostering a successful work environment that promotes positive morale, productivity, and employee development Enacting a hands-on management strategy dedicated to developing employees in every role, while maintaining appropriate staff level and workload distribution Collaborating with employees to develop realistic performance goals tied to the wider dealership objectives Providing leadership and strategic business guidance to reporting managers in route, service, plant and office Ensuring professional employee conduct and courtesy is displayed throughout interactions with customers and between departments Successful partnership, communication and collaboration with executive leadership, area management and corporate support within the wider Packard Culligan organization The ability to obtain and maintain WQA Certified Water Specialist (CWS) designation What can Culligan offer you?
