Job Description

We;re looking for someone to come in-house and market an innovative product to the real estate community, including adding new listings (our supply) and selling our existing listings (our demand). The role will combine sales, product development and business development.You;ll create a new partnership program that open-sources our business model to brokers, and you;ll bring existing relationships to the table to help you do it.You;ll also understand the real estate industry in NYC (pricing, contracts, business model, lingo and norms) and be able to articulate why onefinestay will create value for those that work with us.Responsibilities- Working closely with the Head of Sales to develop a partnership program that allows brokers to offer onefinestay to their clients in a way that is mutually beneficial to acquire new listings;- Finding listings that are more attractive and/or a better fit in the onefinestay portfolio, then hunting down these deals;- Selling and marketing existing high-end listings to the broker community through pricing inventory and negotiating deals;- Developing a real estate marketing ; PR strategy by building an email marketing list, hosting openhouses and events, and creating marketing collateral for campaigns on Streeteasy, Direct Mail, The Real Deal, Facebook, etcDesired experience and qualities- Several years of direct NYC real estate experience and reputable personal brand;- Proven sales experience required and entrepreneurial experience a plus;- Experience structuring and negotiating deals that are attractive for all parties;- Quick learner and comfortable working in a team;- Highly motivated by the thrill of the chase, closing deals and hitting targets;- Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively;- Sensitive to the needs of customers, you;re empathetic and appreciate working with people as a privilege
