Job Description

We;re looking for an outgoing and motivated go-getter to join our New Homes team in New York, visiting distinctive homes across New York and signing up new members.As someone who feels comfortable in any scenario, you;ll jump at the opportunity to see some beautiful places, meeting with all sorts of interesting and important people – and showing them the benefits of being a onefinestay member.On top of ensuring that we;re signing up as many members as possible, you;ll also bring new ideas to the table that will help us grow our portfolio – and the business.By finding and converting high-value homes (think cast-iron Soho lofts, designer Brooklyn townhouses, and the odd West Village carriage house), you;ll help us hit our ambitious new homes targets each quarter.Responsibilities- Meeting with potential members and representing onefinestay.;- Signing up new members, and ensuring that we are adding quality and valuable properties.;- Pricing new homes and setting up smart commercial partnerships with our members.;- Becoming an expert on all things onefinestay, like knowing how our operations runs, understanding the idiosyncrasies of NYC real estate, and learning what type of home sells well.;- Diving deep on special projects to generate new leads and contacts – this could mean rethinking our pitch, designing a new partnership, or working in tandem with brokers, etc.Skills and experience- Undergraduate degree from a top tier school.;- At least two years of professional experience.;- Experience working in a sales, business development, or a growth-oriented role.;- Great work ethic and attitude.;- Outgoing and likeable personality.;- Confident and comfortable around VIPs.;- Prior startup experience a plus.
