Job Description

We're looking for a world-class Product Marketer to join us in our efforts of increasing engagement and adoption of the Kinnek platform through strategic marketing initiatives for our Suppliers. This role is perfect for someone who views experiences through a customer centric lens and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to the tactical details. Success in this role will require a metrics based approach and ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, and ideally, you should be super-excited to work with an SMB population.RESPONSIBILITIES:;- Defining value propositions, user benefits, and product positioning on the Supplier-side of the Kinnek marketplace;- Creating sales enablement strategies, as well as training and collateral development to support continued growth of the Kinnek supplier network;- Developing internal strategies for catering to specific supplier accounts based on their requirements and expectations;- Increasing penetration into supplier organizations and identifying growth opportunities;- Digging deeply into supplier data to identify ongoing opportunities for product improvement;- Proposing new packaging and positioning of existing products/assets to drive attainment of acquisition and retention objectivesQUALIFICATIONS:;- A degree from a top-tier university;- 2+ years of product marketing experience;- Ideally, experience in a Client facing and Relationship/Account Management role;- Ideally, experience at Internet or Marketplace company is a major plus;- Concise and engaging communication skills via phone and video;- Highly-motivated, self-driven and ability to be effective in an unstructured environment;- Passionate about revolutionizing the way small and medium sized businesses do their purchasingKinnek is a close-knit, highly-motivated bunch of folks looking to solve big problems, while having a little bit of fun along the way.
