We're an early stage technology team based in NYC, with the mission of democratizing access to the experience people need in order to achieve their goals.We're looking for a talented and competitive Director of Sales to head up our sales team as we go to market with scaling our Emissary advisor product. Our ideal candidate is a full-stack sales executor and leader — one who thrives in a fast paced, highly autonomous startup environment. You;re comfortable setting up a pipeline, powering through dozens of calls a day, or investing a few hours in fixing our positioning. You should have the comfort level to think strategically about our product and offering and how to position us to meet our customers; needs.You will report directly to our Founder/CEO and have an incredible amount of responsibility. You;ll have the opportunity to design our sales process, create our playbook, be responsible for large amounts of revenue, and have the opportunity to build out your own sales organization over time.RESPONSIBILITIES;- Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel;- Win and close high-level strategic sales;- Understand customer needs and requirements;- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas;- Perform online demos to prospects;- Build an effective playbook and supporting materialsREQUIREMENTS;- 4+ years total sales experience;- Enterprise sales experience a plus;- Proven track record of qualifying and closing inbound leads;- Experience/expertise with salesforce a strong plus;- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;- Strong listening and presentation skills;- Flexibility operating in a very fast paced environment.
