We have been growing rapidly, and have a critical need for a Sales Engineer to be help drive two key areas of our business:1) Working with potential customers as the technical lead on implementations of Indicative.2) Working with existing customers to ensure they are getting the maximum amount of value out of their existing implementationsThis is an ideal position for someone with previous pre-sales experience or software implementation ; consulting experience looking to join a growing startupYour primary responsibilities will includeBeing the technical expert and champion for Indicative's customers;Working with customers to develop the optimal strategy and approach for tracking data and with Indicative;Ensuring each Indicative implementation happens smoothly and trouble-free;Troubleshooting data and implementation issues;Training potential customers on all of Indicative's features and empowering them to be successful with Indicative;Working with our account executives to close large enterprise deals;Strategizing with the CEO, sales, product, and engineering teams to help guide the future growth of Indicative's product
