Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team and work with our VP of Business Development to research and acquire new opportunities for our patient engagement solutions.;Responsibilities:;-Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching healthcare industry and events, publications, and announcements relevant to CipherHealth;s mission; tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments;-Locates or proposes potential business prospects by contacting potential partners; discovers and explores opportunities outside the typical scope of CipherHealth;s business;-Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluates options; resolves internal priorities; recommends equity investments;-Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examines risks and potentials; estimates partners' needs and goals;-Develops and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations, closes new business deals;-Builds knowledge base through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks and professional organizationsQualifications:;-3-5 years professional experience;-Experience in consulting, healthcare or business development required;-Eager to collaborate with a diverse team;-Thrives in a transparent, open culture;-Passionate about improving and optimizing healthcare delivery and the patient experience
