SANTA MONICA, CA SALES – SALES FULL TIME Tapcart makes launching a mobile shopping app easy, fun and attainable for every brand. Tapcart is trusted by over 4,000 brands to launch and manage their mobile apps. We were recently featured at Google I/O, Shopify UNITE and in The Verge. Tapcart is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to help lead and grow our sales team, manage our sales and business development operations, and optimize our sales process. This VP-level position reports directly to the CEO and will work with our amazing roster of team members to serve as a critical driver of Tapcart's growth. This role will be pivotal to fulfilling our goal of becoming the largest mobile commerce company in the world. What your day is like: Lead our current sales team and interview/hire new sales team members Effectively manage our ongoing sales activity, including pipeline forecasting, organizational mapping, contracts, proposals, and legal Work with engineering to analyze and optimize sales ops Work with our design and marketing teams to create sales collateral Participate in sales presentations with enterprise-level clients Develop realistic, quantifiable sales-related goals and milestones Attend conferences and trade shows and identify new opportunities to grow our sales What we are looking for: 4+ years of sales team leadership with examples of growing and scaling successful teams Experience growing a B2B SaaS company A track record of exceptional work in a related role Working knowledge of sales-related CRM and software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Exceptional analytical, verbal and written communication skills Strong examples of top sales performance What you'll receive in return: A fun and exciting work environment with a talented, tight-knit team in downtown Santa Monica The opportunity to grow and lead a sales team A position with real leadership and growth opportunities Benefits including healthcare and unlimited PTO Personal learning and development opportunities Bonus if you have: Experience working in a growth-stage startup environment Show us what you can do!
