Since 2012 we've dedicated ourselves to solving this problem and have helped over 20,000,000 people find the right doctor, and built a community of over 16,000 doctors and practice managers.We're looking for experienced Account Managers to join our team to deliver world-class service to our online marketing and reputation management clients.If you're incredibly organized, have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people tell their story (especially doctors), this may be the role for you.;ROLES ; RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with new clients to ensure they're on-boarded smoothly and within our promised timeframe.;Coordinate with internal team members and external resources to order photos, editorial, etc. and ensure everything is ready for our production team to begin their work;Work closely with new clients to onboard them including onboard new clients;Be main point of contact for client questions and bi-weekly progress and educational calls with client;Build resources and documentation necessary to deliver value to clients;QUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate degree from accredited university;Exceptional written and verbal communication, including on phone calls;Attention to detail and organization;3+ years of account management experience;Bonus: experience working with physicians and/or their staffPlease apply under the careers section on the BetterDoctor.com website.
