Job Description

The Sales Manager role at ZOZI requires the ability to manage and motivate a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to reach team goals and targets. This candidate must possess excellent sales and sales coaching skills as they are required to assist Account Executives on product demos and calls. The position requires Sales Managers to track sales pipelines and be able to deliver accurate sales forcasting. This is a dynamic position and cross-departmental role within the company encompassing responsibilities in sales management, product management, content management, recruiting, training, as well as policy and system build-outs.- Daily management of up to 8 SaaS Account Executives and Account Managers;- Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team;- Supporting and assisting with software product demos and sales calls;- Administer sales training for several product lines;- Recruiting and hiring of top sales talent;- Assisting in product management of our SaaS platform;- Coordinating with marketing, content and engineering teams on projects and initiativesRequirements:-3-5 years of sales management experience;-5+ years of quota carrying sales experience;-Saas Sales;-Proficient with SalesforceBonus Points:Proficient with Excel;Salesforce Admin Certified;SaaS sales or sales management experience
