The Sales Development Leader is a role based in our NYC office. You will play a crucial part in our expansion plans and sales pipeline.Yotpo is seeking a smart, motivated and accomplished person to help build and lead a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) in a fast-paced, high-growthstartup environment. This is a hands-on role in which you will train, mentor and nurture your SDRs from the beginning of their careers and help them grow into confident and extremely successful account executives.We expect you to lead the SDRs team as they: intelligently identify and qualify sales opportunities; work effectively on the myriad of inbound leads coming in from marketing;focus on prospecting new outbound opportunities to set initial appointments. You're a natural collaborator with a proven record of building strong teams and working closely with Marketing, SDR, and Account Executive teams.Moreover, you will lead and coordinate the company;s sales development in the US. You will work closely with our VP of Global sales and play a key part in the decision making process and definition of your team;s direction.You are someone who thrives under the pressure of tremendous responsibility .
