Job Description

Ahlstrom-Munksjö is seeking an Administrative Assistant in their De Pere, Wisconsin plant who will provide a broad spectrum of administrative and program support to various departments. Requirements Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role Must be highly organized and possess strong analytical skills Excellent sense of judgment Perform duties with the highest degree of accuracy Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment with all employee levels Possess high level of business etiquette and protocol Strong time management skills Self-directed, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision Team player able to effectively collaborate with others Proficient in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Must follow Ahlstrom-Munksjö's manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable to the position’s areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper. Manage and/or support various programs including, but not limited to, uniform services, contracted cleaning, office equipment/supplies, vending and employee relations activities Provide support to several departments and managers including, but not limited to, Engineering, Safety, Human Resources, Production and Maintenance Update and maintain records Prepare internal communication, presentations and advanced reports Schedule and coordinate all aspects of meetings, events and activities Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries as requested. Display high level of business etiquette and protocol, poise, professionalism, and discretion at all times Complete work assignments in an efficient and timely manner Become part of the team!
