About the role The primary responsibility of the Magellan Integration Lead role is to lead the Integration function in designing and building integrations with the S/4 HANA solution as part of the Magellan program. This leader must be a balanced thinker that weighs technical, business, financial and operational perspectives. This exciting, multi-dimensional role enjoys a variety of responsibilities from managing the integration function to help build a robust integration architecture that protects and decouples the ERP and enables innovations, to aligning with non-SAP applications to ensure seamless collaboration to support the end-to-end business processes in scope for Magellan. Your responsibilities include: Establishes and manages the Integration team for Magellan including capabilities in EAI, API and development by leveraging both internal resources and external partners. Works collaboratively with the Integration COE and non-SAP application owners to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources in planning and building integrations for remediation, development, testing and deployment. Leads the review of existing interfaces and validate the new vs. reuse recommendations within the framework of identified patterns and the goal of decoupling and protecting the core ERP. Defines the integration approach to support interim state including ECC to S/4 integration, and ECC & S/4 integration with non-SAP applications during the transition period. Partners with scrum teams to coordinate the activities and resources to make sure the solution including non-SAP applications is integrated from end to end to support the business needs. Partners with PMO and scrum masters to apply the lean and agile principles in the delivery of integration capabilities. Partners with other enabling functions in Magellan to coordinate the solution design, build, test and deployment activities including Tech Arch, Analytics, Test Management, Deployment, etc. What we’re looking for Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. A minimum of 10+ years of technical and management experience leading multiple technical teams and complex, concurrent IT projects. Demonstrated experience with designing and building the EAI architecture in the context of large-scale SAP implementation programs Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic and fast learner Proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing IT priorities in a fast paced, regulated environment Strong project management, operations, and people management experience Proven experience developing and maintaining a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, IT partners and software vendors Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in MIT, etc.) Experience with S/4 HANA and SAP API Business Hub Experience with IIB and/or other middleware platforms such as Mulesoft Experience in managing Product Teams and SCRUM methodologies in a lean-agile environment About us As a global medical technology leader for more than 35 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
