ROLE is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to help expand our rapidly growing company. We are looking for a team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast paced environment, and has the capacity to grow with an exciting real estate technology company. The right candidate is able to clearly communicate the value proposition to our prospects, build strong long-term customer relationships, and increase revenue.We;re looking for someone to join our Customer Success department. The ideal candidate is people-focused, has excellent problem solving skills, and is comfortable helping to onboard new clients and conducting training sessions.RESPONSIBILITIESWork 1-on-1 with clients via phone, email, live chat, and webinar meetings.;Facilitate new client onboarding and implementation.;Maintain excellent relationships with current customers ; provide unparalleled support.;Track clients; platform usage and help increase their interaction with;Suggest ways to improve the Customer Success team on a continual basis.;Be an intermediary between our customers ; the rest of team.REQUIREMENTS2-3 years related account management/sales experience.;Unparalleled problem solving skills, no matter what type of problem.;Quick learner able to adapt to new situations.;Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in order to explain technical ideas to nontechnical people.;Excellent time management skills. You;re a self-starter comfortable getting the job done without direct supervision.;Incredible attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.;Expert at MS Office Suite, Google Apps. Knowledge of Zopim, Zendesk, Salesforce and/or other CSM tools is a plus.;Real Estate Technology and/or SaaS company experience a plus.;Passionate about technology.;Easy going and laid back attitude.;
