Role Overview:As a Senior Sales Manager you will have overall responsibility for winning and expanding Agency business across a diverse set of Agencies, primarily within a Major Holding company.Your role is to build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned network, that allow you to identify and sell-in intelligent commercial solutions, resulting in new and increased subscription revenue, whilst maintaining Brandwatch;s positive reputation. As well as your own network development, you;ll work with inbound and outbound generated opportunities to close deals.The role will require you to work closely with multiple Brandwatch teams including Sales Development, Agency Account Management, Client Services, Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Development and international teams and you will need to be a proactive and positive member with those teams.Responsibilities:Identify, negotiate, sign and collaborate for renewal of multi-agency and/or agency-group wide contractsBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key Agency contacts and maintain up to date records of these relationships in Salesforce CRMMaintain up to date records of your pipeline status inSalesforce CRMBe up to speed on Agency group wins, losses, strategy and plansRepresent Brandwatch within the agency group in a way that is consistent with the overall company culture and objectivesBe able to clearly understand and represent the Brandwatch offerings and how these can help agency offerings to their clientsWork closely with the assigned agency Sales Development Representative/s (SDR) to best enable them to create leads and opportunities within the agency groupEnsure prospective opportunities that are identified during the sales process as falling with alternate teams or team members are shared/treated accordingly per agreed guidelines, and in a timely manorRun lunch ; learn sessions in Key Agencies to encourage growth ; innovation
