Job Description

ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate an inside sales team ($15K avg deal size, 2 week sales cycle) to exceed assigned monthly sales goals;Interview, hire and train new sales team members across US to achieve aggressive growth targets;Build a team of reps with the ability to develop several more leaders to grow the team.;Establish sales team structure and processes and refresh our playbook;Develop and execute training and coaching programs for the sales team;Master of metrics. Must have experience in sales in a high velocity sales environment – multiple transactions per day.;10-25% travel is expected depending on market-specific challengesDesired Experience5 -7 years of experience in a target driven, inside sales role selling to consumers;A minimum of 2 years in a managing role (or sales lead role);Experience with managing and driving excellent sales operations;Proven track record of motivating a team, setting goals and targets and performance management in a technology startup environment;Demonstrated ability to source and develop top performers;Familiarity with best-practice sales team software;Thorough knowledge of inside selling process to consumers; ability to demonstrate complete control of process with prospects in the field and ability to train other staff on the process;Creativity to think outside-the-box and refresh the current playbook to re-define quotas, targets, and compensation structure;Experience within the real estate industry is a plusCultural FitA burning passion to change the world;Down to earth, practical, willing to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty;Energetic;Pumped to work long hours on projects that matter;Self-confident, strong faith in your own ability
