This role will be responsible for supporting our customers in their efforts to deploy Google Chrome Management on modern devices using hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have experience using systems deployment technologies as well as scripting or automation skills to bring efficiencies to our Zerotouch offering. This position reports to the Manager - Mobility Services. Responsibilities:Identify and promote SHI Zerotouch Deployment Service opportunities.Act as a technical contact for mobility related products, opportunities and issues.Assist the team’s Solution Architect in designing MDM solutions with supporting technologies while maintaining a customer’s budget and environmental restrictions.Conduct discovery calls to gather customer specific requirements.Assist with product positioning and qualification.Maintain expertise/certification on partner products, programs, competition, and market; ensure that SHI follows certification and other agreement requirements.Work with SHI reps to deliver customer calls/presentations.Build and configure solutions in the development, test, and production environment; including documenting the processes, infrastructure and design.Provide knowledge sharing for work completed in customer environments. Qualifications:3 Years of system deployment and management in mobile or desktop environments.Deep understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).Experience with migrating to new operating systems (i.e. USMT).Familiar with Identity Access Management and federation such as AzureAD, Okta, and Ping ...etc.Experience with embedded systems development and software/hardware debugging. Required Skills:Ability to write scripts that automate cloud and hybrid deployments of Google Chrome devices.A desire to learn multiple scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, Shell, PHP, Python… etc.Familiarity with Linux application and kernel package management.Excellent technical and project management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Passionate about automating tasks to increase efficiency for customers and the team.
