Through the use of seminars, lectures, and team exercises trainees will increase their Microsoft competency and skill sets. The goal of the trainer is to increase company’s productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience. Responsibilities:Create curriculum Develop content and reference guidesDevelop, conduct, and deliver effective/relevant Microsoft Office 365 Application training programs to employees and customers Teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross generational population Deliver quality training in an effective and efficient mannerEvaluate outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of Trainees’ progressWill travel in the US and to Client locations(NY/NJ)Will increase company’s productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience and ensure company’s workforce can meet its current and future objectives Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education/Teaching Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 application/products including Teams, OneDrive and One Note.
