The trainer will perform be responsible for teaching Microsoft application skills and knowledge to trainees. Through the use of seminars, lectures, and team exercises trainees will increase their Microsoft competency and skill sets. The goal of the trainer is to increase company’s productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience. This position reports to the Somerset office location and will report to the Sr. Director - Corporate Training Group within the Human Resources department. This position is contract however has the ability to turn into a full-time position. Responsibilities: Include but not limited to: Create curriculum Develop content and reference guidesDevelop, conduct, and deliver effective/relevant Microsoft Application training programs to employees and customers Teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross generational population Deliver quality training in an effective and efficient mannerEvaluate outcomes of training sessions and maintain records of Trainees’ progressWill travel in the US and to Client locations(NY/NJ)Will increase company’s productivity by facilitating engaging professional training experience and ensure company’s workforce can meet its current and future objectives Qualifications: Education/Certification/Experience: Completed Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education/TeachingMicrosoft or training certifications (a plus) Required Skills:Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office application/productsExcellent knowledge of training methods and best practices for end-user training on application softwareExceptional presentations skills with ability to speak clearly and effectively to small/large audiencesStrong client service orientationProfessional and punctual demeanorPossess a deep knowledge and understanding of the businessStrong Communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. ...Possess innovative thinking with a passion for Learning and Continuous Learning. .Ability to embrace efficiencyPossesses Industry KnowledgeAbility to teach and use techniques to a diverse/cross generational populationAbility to Measure and Assess Staff Training Needs.Ability to distill large amounts of information into concise, relevant componentsAbility to be engaging in delivery of varied contentMinimum 2 years of content creation and curriculum designMinimum 2 years facilitation/instructing experience in front of groups of people Preferred Skills: Any other training certifications(Microsoft Office Specialist) certification is a plus Working knowledge/experience with: Adobe SuiteMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRMVirtual meeting platforms Equal Employment Opportunity – M/F/Disability/Protected Veteran Status #LI-MM1
