Percolate is a thoughtful technology company, built in NYC, with a vision to help redefine marketing through technology and a mission to help brands create content at social scale. ;We are currently looking for a Manager, Sales Development to hire, train and manage a team of Account Coordinators responsible for qualifying and generating appointments with potential Percolate clients. The Sales Development team at Percolate is the first point of contact and play an extremely important role in the client experience.The ideal Manager, Sales Development is an experienced seller and leader within the SaaS space. ;He/she should be a high energy, inquisitive individual with strong attention to detail. The Manager, Sales Development will provide day-to-day leadership for the Account Coordinators and will be responsible for creating a successful and positive culture noted by exceptional individual and team performance ; high morale. This role will report directly to the Head of Inside Sales.Must Haves:;5-7 years of professional experience including 2+ of inside sales management;A proven track record of successful hiring, training and development of talented sales people;Ability to leverage CRM data for day-to-day management;Extensive knowledge of SalesForce;Experience in high volume sales; preferably in SaaS sales;Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teamsNice to Haves:;SaaS and SMB experience
