As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to use your strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail to thrive in a fun, but results-oriented environment. This role matters because we have significantly grown our client pool over the past few months and are in need of internal support to help us manage new and existing opportunities. You will work to "co-pilot" the efforts of our sales team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain the Salesforce database ensuring accurate customer information and order details are recorded in a timely manner Manage the backend lifecycle of professional services contracts and customer requests. Respond quickly and professionally to customer emails and calls within the defined stipulated time Weekly data entry, upload, and creation for professional services data (timesheets, invoices, bills, etc). Maintain positive Vendor and Customer relations Maintain an organized and accessible file system for management and sales team members Support our account directors in various duties and tasks This is a full-time opportunity in Midtown, Manhattan. Salary is open based on experience and qualifications Qualifications: Prefer college graduate with BS/BA in Business or Technology related area 2+ years of relevant experience Skills and Experience: You must possess strong conceptual knowledge and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the following: Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g. IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Structuring Data, etc.) Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform preferred Understand sales operations workflow Create accurate and presentable reports of data coming from a variety of sources Ability to sort, analyze and make sense of large amounts of data Thrive in high-pressure situations Multi-task and be able to handle multiple projects at the same time Experience in G-suite is a plus (google sheets, docs, slides, gmail, etc.) Interpersonal Skills: Self-motivator and a go-getter with high attention to detail regarding a given task Strong presentation, written, and oral skills, with the ability to tailor any message to a specific audience Open-minded personality, with confidence to suggest improvements in processes and challenge the status quo Possess a high sense of urgency A natural propensity for intellectual curiosity Maintain a high amount of empathy and show emotional awareness Be a team player and effective collaborator with many different types of audiences, yet be able to work independently Practice tolerance and professionalism in times of high stress Have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills Ability to work in an ever-changing environment Outstanding conflict resolution skills At Fivesky, our employees are our greatest asset and the focal point around which we operate; therefore, we always want the best for our employees.
