12020 Abercorn Street, Savannah, GA 31419 BDC Customer Service Specialist Vaden Automotive is seeking to hire BDC Customer Service Specialists to respond to internet and phone inquiries from potential customers seeking product availability, price, and payment information. You will identify their needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability. Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a professional, pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability. Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products Build relationships with our customers and connect them with our team members. Schedule sales and service appointments for customers. Present a positive and professional impression of our dealership Qualifications: Experience is preferred. We will train qualified candidates.
