Join the future of law! Hire an Esquire is looking for a superstar Account Executive who will build and drive sales in the New York market for our rapidly growing legal tech company. As the only full-time sales rep in the NYC area, you will build on existing processes and relationships and have the ability to own a $3 billion market. You will sell to law firms and in-house legal departments and manage a pipeline from start to finish. If successful, you have the opportunity to be promoted quickly to a leadership position that will include hiring, managing and training the sales team. ;Requirements:;-4+ years of experience selling SaaS technologies to enterprises;-Proven record of closing sales, growing accounts and exceeding targets;-Tech savviness and ability to communicate product features to development team;-Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive at an early stage startup;-Tenacious and able to follow through consistently on a long and complex sales cycle;-Proactive self starterPreferred:;-Experience selling to AMLaw 200 firms and Fortune 500 in-house legal departments;-Experience selling to corporate HR professionals;-Experience hiring, managing and training sales team members;-Excellent network of attorneys working in the New York legal industry;-Mentoring experience to junior sales or account management team members;-JD or other legal educationJob Responsibilities:;-Fulfill sales strategy as outlined by founders to rapidly grow the business and meet milestones;-Prospect, research and set up sales meetings and move customers through pipeline;-Set and achieve quantifiable KPIs and sales goals;-Manage sales campaigns, events and other methods of client outreach;-Work with marketing and recruiting teams to optimize client engagement;-Use technology including Hire an Esquire software, CRM tool, e-mail and other collaboration tools;-Able to roll up sleeves and pitch in working with what;s available to accomplish department and team goals
