Report directly to company founders and get exposure to sales techniques and startup operations, while building your professional network. There is an opportunity for rapid promotion to account management or a more senior sales role if successful in the first few months. ;Job Responsibilities:;Research legal market and identify strategic sales prospects;Develop network of legal industry professionals;Outreach, including cold calls, to law firm managing partners and recruiting staff;Communicate Hire an Esquire value proposition to senior law firm decision makers;Prospect, research and set up sales meetings;;Research the industry and state of the market to keep company current on industry events, relevant established and emerging companies and potential partnership opportunities.;;Create and implement sales campaigns and other methods of client outreach;Prepares weekly verbal/ short written summaries of sales activity for founders;Daily use of technology including online sales software, e-mail, video conference, software demo and other collaboration tools to work with virtual team;Proactively reach out to team members, executives and investors to accomplish goals and overcome challengesRequirements:;Fast paced, multi-tasker;Strong phone and in-person communication skills;Comfort making cold calls to senior-level legal professionals;Familiarity with legal industry or passion to get up to speed quickly;Strong research skills;Proactive attitude - JFDI;High level of emotional intelligence;;Excited by converting even the prickliest of customers into an advocate of the company;General tech savviness and ability to use CRM tool to track activity daily
