Job Description

Insticator is looking for an experienced and talented executive to join the team. You should have Operational and Account Executive experience. A big plus is if you have startup and media experience.Responsibilities will include--Handling the accounts receivable and accounts payable;--Sending out daily, weekly, monthly invoices;--Managing the customer relationships for the company;--Different administrative tasks for the company;--Evaluating our sales process and email conversions.;--Updating CRM and excel filesRequirements for this are they must be-2+ years of business experience in (Sales, Account Exec, Exec assistant, Accounting);You must be EXTREMELY well organized;You must have FANTASTIC attention to detail;You must have great critical thinking skills;You must be good at working on timelines and maintaining a schedule;You must have great oral and written communication;You must be great with numbers, excel and accounting;Strong experience with excel, sales, and maintaining customer relationships.A Big Plus are--Experience with Digital advertising;--Experience with Saas Sales;--Experience with finance and accounting;--Experience with book keeping;--Experience with invoicing;--Experience as an account execInsticator, an addictive and innovative social competition platform that lets friends compete through trivia and engagement has seen 300% revenue growth in March.
