In this role you'll have the opportunity to drive innovation at a quickly growing tech startup, helping to build on the growth of our advertising products and establishing long-term relationships with our clients and partners.As an Account Manager at Placed, you will:* Be the expert in Placed methodology, reports and technology for clients and partners;* Act as the primary point-of-contact with ad network and publisher partners throughout technical integration process, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring a successful implementation;* Consult with clients to understand their campaign and insights goals and provide relevant strategy and analysis, setting expectations properly and ensuring that studies are set up for success;* Act as liaison between clients, partners and internal teams to scope and prioritize new feature requests;* Grow business with existing clients and partners, upselling additional services as appropriateOur ideal Account Manager will have:* 3-5 years of experience in Account (or Project) Management for a digital marketing, technology or research company with increasing degrees of responsibility;* Deep understanding of digital ad targeting technology and performance metrics (mobile experience preferred);* Experience working with top tier advertisers, ad agencies, publishers and ad networks;* Experience driving product innovation and process improvements based on market needs and client feedback;* Background in analyzing large sets of data to derive actionable insights, including strong analytic and Excel skills;* Proven ability to develop relationships and consult with senior level executives to grow business;* Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in a simple way;* A relevant Bachelor's Degree;;
