Harri is a fast growing technology start up, based in SoHo, dedicated to revolutionizing the world of restaurant recruitment. We currently have over 125,000 members and work with restaurants from the Fast Casual sector to Fine Dining and everything in between.The Sales and Business Development Manager will grow our employer network with a focus on enterprise clients – selling online and mobile talent acquisition management tools and enhanced job postings that help restaurants and agencies hire great employees more efficiently.The Job;- Build Harri's business community, close business to meet revenue targets;- Research stakeholders in all top restaurant and hospitality groups;- Execute lead generation (cold calling) activity on weekly basis;- Conduct online demos and face-to-face meetings;- Performance measured against weekly quotas and client satisfaction;- Maintain robust data on each company through SalesForce and Excel;- Become a Harri product expert -- effectively demo site features and functionality;- Insure a world-class customer experience during trial and onboarding;- Close business, negotiate and execute contractsThe Ideal Candidate;- Sales and lead gen experience;- Experience/insight into hiring staff in a restaurant/hospitality setting;- Track record of exceeding quotas;- Organized and detail oriented;- Strong customer service instinct;- Tech savvy and proficient in Excel;- Startup compatible, not just startup romantic;- Driven, self-motivated, fast-learner;- Smart, creative, and independent thinker with great attention to detail;- Great at communicating to a team and to clients;- A good mix of friendly and assertive;- Passion for restaurant and hospitality industry;- Love of food is a plus as Team Harri constantly talks about where they're eating!Please apply via:;"
