Event Marketing Coordinator
We’re now looking for new members of the Zuora family – ambitious, driven, and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will push us to do even greater things together. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to building our world-class events. The Event Marketing Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with Partners, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing. This role will support the events team in driving event execution, marketing campaigns, and processes for conferences, hosted events, and sponsorships. The ideal candidate is thorough, self-starter, detail-oriented, and thrives on juggling multiple competing deadlines and problem-solving under pressure. You love to create memorable experiences that engage, connect, & inspire.
Support the larger events team with end-to-end coordination of events including conferences, trade shows, and internal company events; Tasks include project management, scheduling, invoicing/purchasing, vendor management, AV services, catering, reporting, and supporting content related to events
Production of marketing collateral, including brochures, print advertisements, web banners, emails etc.
Identify opportunities to sponsor events that are aligned with Zuora’s brand values and go to market strategy & execute from start to finish
Manage exhibitors participating across our global Subscribed events (with the exception of our flagship user conference in SF)
Own & optimize Zuora’s Brand Store & vendor relationships to ensure the company’s access to memorable branded items & build out what is needed for other departments
Manage inventory of all assets within the Marketing closet & storage unit, including marketing and event swag, executive gifts, event printed collateral, etc.
Execute on our unified event and field marketing strategy
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
1 + years of experience in events and planning, including speaker outreach and vendor management
Passion for events!
Proficiency with Marketo and SFDC a plus
Highly organized professional with a strong work ethic
Ability to travel (TBD).
Ability to work in an open office environment and to provide and receive feedback professionally
