Administrative Services provides services to ZS professionals as they complete their work. The administrative services team provides administrative support, travel-planning operations, catering coordination and facilities management. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT/ONBOARDING We seek an experienced administrative professional who is professional, organized and energetic, and who possesses superb interpersonal skills to support our Learning team with onboarding and integration for our North American offices. Responsibilities: Organize complex new hire and transfer orientation schedules across our North American offices based on facilitator availability, and communicate schedule details Provide scheduling support (appointment, calendar and meeting management) Execute and troubleshoot orientation day activities, including room reservations, material preparation and distribution, IT setup, and general questions from new hires and facilitators Track and maintain records and paperwork status for payroll, ensuring coordination with relevant parties Assist in administrative processes for HR team members (managing calendars, completing expense reports and booking travel) Hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Requirements: High school diploma required, post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred; At least 2 years prior work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant required; Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent oral and written communication skills and maturity, comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders; Strong team player with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills; Professional demeanor on phone and interpersonally; Detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic; Strong time management skills, with ability to prioritize effectively; Ability to maintain confidentiality; Good sense of humor appreciated! ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
