The Human Resources team develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
We seek a creative and energetic human resources professional to join our team. The Recruiter will serve on a team that coordinates the firm's recruiting process for college graduates at the Bachelor's/Master's/MBA levels across our target universities.
Coordinate and attend all events held at an assigned number of universities;
Create and execute recruiting strategies for each university;
Work with recruiting teams to staff campus events and interview schedules for each university;
Build and maintain relationships with all career services departments at assigned universities;
Post position descriptions and source recent graduates;
Help manage final round interview logistics;
Collect feedback from recruiting teams and new hires for process improvement;
Serve as initial contact for interested students at assigned universities;
Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis;
Support other general human resources functions.
1+ years of recruiting or relevant experience;
BA/BS degree with strong academic background required;
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Attention to detail and commitment;
Proven ability to work in a team environment;
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Willingness to travel required during the September – March recruiting season;
Good sense of humor appreciated.
ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
