Position Overview Develop and maintain the schedule to deliver on agreed customer service level and expectation. Develop the plan to ensure effective utilization of resources. Enable dynamic organization response to customer order changes and production challenges. Improved Logistics and Integration demand and supply management through Production Planning and Scheduling Improved resource utilization, and production issue management and coordination Key Responsibilities Pipeline Planning and Coordination Pipeline management of planned orders and projects for Logistics and Integration Main point of contact for deployment planning and rollout coordination Production Scheduling Create and maintain production schedules Management of capacity and demand Generate production schedule performance reports Responsible for optimizing projects, final assembly, and integration lab Shift and Resource Utilization Determination of shift changes and overtime Recommend shift staggering and resource optimization based on demand Production Issue Management and Coordination Identifies and communicates potential risk against production plan Identify problems and coordinate quick response to help improve processes. Ensure that customer deadlines are met Key metrics that will measure and define success for this role Performance against Customer schedule / required delivery date Performance against SOW/Contract deliverables Customer Satisfaction Communication Balanced Capacity, Utilization & Quality Metrics Education / Certification College Degree PMP, SCRUM, Lean Sigma are preferred but not required Required Experience Strong understanding of the production process and be able to generate and maintain effective daily and weekly schedules. Experience with developing production schedules, solving production problems, improving processes, and fulfilling customer expectations. Proficiency with scheduling systems, and the abilities to create and understand reports in order to make production decisions. Effective communication and collaboration skills to enable team based solutioning.
