Position Overview The HR Specialist supports human resources by providing human resources services, including the onboarding of employees, compensation plan and performance plan administration, leave of absence administration, assist with employee culture and engagement initiatives and reporting. The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for: Provide support and perform the HR administration work for assigned business units Deliver and maintain HR services, programs and regulatory compliance including leave administration and advising on policies and procedures Support Zones culture and engagement initiatives by working collaboratively with HRBP’s to achieve departmental and company objectives HR reporting including companywide dashboards Completes special projects as assigned We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills BA in Business or a related field 2+ years required of experience in the Human Resources Prior experience and strong understanding of HRIS systems, preferably Ultimate Software (UltiPro) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focused approach Basic knowledge of MS Word required Strong excel knowledge and experience required; Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus Good organizational skills and be able to manage tasks with minimal supervision Must work with a sense of urgency and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package While we’re committed to providing top-tier solutions, we’re just as committed to supporting our own team.
